Drinking tea is refreshing and spirit lifting. It is said that tea
helps in reducing stress. But in this summer, a cup of hot tea is not so nice.
But how about having some iced tea, that too with your favourite apple and cinnamon flavour.
Yep, it is something more interesting and refreshing too. Isn't it???
Ingredients:-
1. Water – 4 cups normal + 2 cups cold
2. Tea powder – 2-3 tsp. (can use green tea too)
3. Apple juice – 2 cups (I used minute maid apple juice)
4. Cinnamon – 2 sticks
5. Sugar cubes/syrup – to taste (for those need more sweet)
6. Lemon wedges – for those need to add while serving
7. Ice – 20-25 cubes
Method:-
1. Take 4 cups of water and boil it. Add cinnamon sticks and let simmer
on low flame for 10 minutes.
2. Then add tea powder and simmer it for another 2 minutes if it is
dust (5 minutes for leaves) and letting it brew.
3. Filter the tea into a serving jug and let it cool. Discard the
remains of tea and cinnamon.
4. Add the apple juice and 2 cups cold water. Fill the rest of the serving
jug with 10 – 15 ice cubes.
5. Serve it with ice cubes, lemon pieces/wedges and sugar cubes/syrup
on side.

Serving Tips:-
- First fill half of the serving glass with ice cubes (5-6 nos.) and
then pour the iced tea into it.
- Keep a lemon on top for those who need to add lemon too.
Note:-
- Since apple juice itself has sweet flavour, no need of adding sugar.
For those who need it more sweet, keep some sugar cubes/syrup with the serving.
