Ingredients:-
1. Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) - 2 (large, cut into cubes)
2. Potato - 1 (large, cut into cubes)
3. Onions - 2 (sliced)
4. Tomato - 1 (chopped)
5. Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
6. Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
7. Oil - 4 tbsp
8. Salt - to taste
Method:-
1. In a medium-sized pan heat oil and fry the potatoes till they turn golden brown. Keep them aside.
2. Fry the onions in the same pan for 1 minute.
3. Add capsicum and fry for another 2 minutes.
4. Add chili powder, tomato, tomato ketchup sauce, salt, fried potatoes and water
5. Mix them up well and leave it covered for 5 minutes
6. Serve hot
Done!!!
P.S: An easy dish tastes great with chapatti.
