Eid marks the end of Ramzan, popularly known as Eid-ul-Fitr,
is a festival observed by the Muslim folks to celebrate the conclusion of the
Ramadan. Eid-ul-Fitr literally means 'festival of breaking the fast'.
It is celebrated on the first date of Shawwal, the tenth month of the Hijra
calendar. The day celebrates the conclusion of the 29 or 30 days of
dawn-to-sunset fasting during the entire month of Ramadan.
Like other festivals, Eid-ul-Fitr is also observed with
great enthusiasm. Delicious food and drinks are an indispensable part of the
festivity. It is forbidden to fast on the Day of Eid. As the festival of
